POLYURETHANE RESIN PRODUCTION

Our company has rich experience in production of polyurethane resin, which is used in Doming technology. We produce three types of resin - soft, universal and hard, which can be used for multipurposes - from textile decoration to souvenir production and more. 

UZLEX new PU formula for 3D label production extends the operating range of temperatures, which makes it easier to work at lower temperatures. Recent developments have allowed to reduce the influence of moisture on the formation of bubbles. Now it is possible to work without bubbles almost at all standard conditions.

Resins are usually mixed in Vacuum Mixer in proportion 1:1 and are sold in 1kg bottles.
